Braces bread came to the class 6 to teach us about the company and showed us how to make bread.Rhydian Pearce and Miyah Flower helped the man make the bread. First they washed their hands, next they put their hairnets on and the first ingredient was yeast, then flour, next water and that is what made the dough. He talked about the great fire of London when the Bakery cought on fire in September 2, 1666-September 5,1666 . Then we put the bread in the window for the bread to rise. At  the end of the lesson the man said we were allowed to take a loaf of bread and a colourring pack home with us and he went out to the other classes.
