What a treat we had today!!
Mr Francis came into school to talk to class 6 and class 7 about what daily life was like in Llanharry during World War 2. The children listened ever so well, as Mr Francis told them stories about children who had been evacuated, air raid shelters, the local ARP warden and much, much more!
The children were then able to look at many photographs and had the opportunity to ask Mr Francis a range of questions. A thoroughly enjoyable morning ..... BIG thank you to Mr Francis!
